Coaching in English

This coaching program is designed for learners who already have a good level of English but are struggling to progress further. This plateau is often linked to mental or emotional blocks, such as a lack of confidence or fear of making mistakes.

Using techniques inspired by CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), these sessions aim to identify and overcome these obstacles in order to regain ease and fluidity.

The sessions can take place in a relaxed “walk and talk” setting, promoting more natural communication, or in person in a more traditional format, depending on your preferences.
